My book
Separation anxiety in children can be difficult. They simply might need a little reassurance in adjusting to the situation and feeling comfortable that Mummy and Daddy will always be there, and they will always feel safe and loved.
With this book, I want to help parents to support their children who have trouble falling asleep alone due to separation anxiety.
As a bedtime story to send everyone on an adventure, driving all night through the Land of Nod, this endearing tale is sure to prove popular with both adults and child.
That's not all, though. Along with the charming story of Freddie's new bedroom, the book includes a sleep chart for your child and some soothing yoga poses that are sure to help your little one to get a good night's sleep.

Encouraging
A relatable and engaging story that shows children that moving to their own bed is a good thing. The author skillfully helps children to understand what they are feeling and guides them to a place of security and peace. I highly recommend this very special book.

This is an endearing story that details the process a couple engaged in to get their three year old to begin sleeping in his own room

It’s always tough for parents to create the sleeping space for their little ones. Definitely a story all children can relate too. A nice family story. I love that the Author added yoga relaxing sleeping techniques for children.

I enjoyed this sweet story that both parents and kids can relate to. It can be difficult for kids to transition to their own bed. The author introduces a gentle way to accomplish this by involving the toddler in decorating the room. What a great idea. Absolutely love the bedtime yoga poses to help prepare for sleep and the medium used for the illustrations is quite unique!

The illustrations look like color pencil and are so beautiful and well done. The story is relatable. Though I've personally moved my kids to their beds at 5 months, at certain ages they would experience separation anxiety. The way the mom and dad nudged their son sternly yet still gently was a great balancing act. Great book
I Love Rhyming Books
This is a nice story with cute illustrations. Yes, this can be an issue with children. This one seemed a little too easy with Freddie. I know that this is not always the case. It does show your child the way to behave in this situation. That doesn't always mean that they react this way. It was a nice feel good story for your child that is facing this issue. Hopefully they will learn from it.
